Licensing
In Texas, the
Texas Commission on Enviromental Quality (TCEQ)
regulates irrigation.

Anyone installing, designing, repairing or selling an irrigation system must
be licensed by the TCEQ. In addition, there are specific rules concerning
irrigation in each municipality and water district. We have experience dealing
with virtually all of the water providers in the Austin area.
Wilson Irrigation has two licensed irrigators on staff.
Wilson Irrigation operates under the License of
David Brannan. License # 5231.
